Usernames removed from Twitter’s 140-character limit in replies

Now you can say more when replying to someone on Twitter. Today, the platform unlocked one limitation from replies. You’re no longer reduced to less than 140 characters if you want to say something to someone else. We’re changing replies so that you have all 140 characters to express yourself.
